Getting Take One in the room.
Who are Take One workshops for?
High-performing teams — customer experience, sales, operations, and leadership groups — who want recognition, creative reset, and process fluency without another slide deck.
Remote, in person, or hybrid?
All three. Facilitated sessions are designed to run live in person or on video call. The Ensemble Awards kit ships as materials your leaders run themselves.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a single facilitated session. Multi-team rollouts or offsite integrations are best scoped six to eight weeks out.
How do we scope pricing?
Every engagement is quoted after a short intake — team size, format, and goals drive the number. Send an inquiry and we'll come back with a scoped proposal.
How long is it?
60–90 minutes for a single team; longer for multi-team tournaments.
Team size?
Ideal for 6–30 participants. Larger groups run in bracketed rounds.
What do we need to prepare?
Share the SOPs, playbooks, or workflows you want gamified two weeks ahead. We handle the build.
What should participants expect?
A buzzing, competitive room. Teams, buzzers, points — process fluency by way of play, not lecture.
How long is it?
75–120 minutes depending on how many scenarios you want to run.
Team size?
Best with 4–16 participants so everyone plays a role or coaches a scene.
Do participants have to 'act'?
No performance experience needed. Scenes are short, coached, and stay grounded in real work situations.
What do we need to prepare?
A short brief on the scenarios that matter — escalations, tricky client dynamics, cross-team handoffs. We write the twists.
Is this facilitated?
No — it's a product. A kit leaders run themselves, on the cadence they choose.
What's included?
The awards deck and template, category prompts, a nomination structure, optional physical trophies, and an optional 1-hour consult with Reisha.
How big should the group be?
Works from ~10 people up through org-wide rollouts. The kit scales with the categories you pick.
How long does the ceremony take?
Most teams run 30–60 minutes. Fold it into an offsite, an all-hands, or a year-end moment.
